Taittinger is the Champagne of the moment as their commitment to quality has seen the market price of recent releases of their premium Comte de Champagne increase by 30-35% over the last year.
 
Follies de la Marquette is not really NV as it is aged in bottle for 5 years before release and all comes from grapes grown from vineyards that surround Chateau de La Marquetterie, Taittingers historic home. The blend is 45% Chardonay & 55% Pinot Noir. It has immense richness and complexity with fine delicate bubbles – peaches, apricots, brioche & a hint of vanilla and a long distinctive finish.
 
A gorgeous Champagne of the highest quality and at a modest 12.5% Alcohol. Individual gift boxes – the perfect present – are also available at the same price.
